By sending the photos or posting them in the contest thread you agree we can us the photo for marketing or other purposes, even if you don't win, and you also agree you have the right to allow such use. If another person is in the photo, make sure you have their permission if their face is visible.

The prizes are iPod Touches, some with Otterbox cases. We will decide who wins.

One ideal photo might be a user in the field where you can see the environment and the screen of the iPod, but be creative as any good photo has a chance of winning.

We decide the timeframe and may award winners at any time.
