Objective: Make sure the mount and iPod can withstand the shock of live fire.
Procedure: Fire both a MK11 MOD0 and a Remington 700 .300 Winchester Magnum with the mount installed. Fire 1 round with the mount empty, record the shock data (using Labview) and record with the high-speed video camera. Repeat the process with the unit in the mount. Per CRK III's request, fired 38 additional round with the MK11 and 5 additional rounds with the Remington 700 as somewhat of an endurance test.

Observations: Mount withstood the shock from both without losing operation.
