ACCESSORIES
| Modular Weapon Systems (MWS) utilize limited space as platforms for performance enhancing attachments. Shooters are able to make adjustments based on their personal shooting preference. The KAC forend replaces the traditional plastic forend with four parallel Military Standard 1913 rails pioneered by Knight's Armament Co. The rail system enables an operator countless ways to equip the rifle with the best tactical tool for the job.The lastest model Upper Receiver Extending (URX) further incorporates this modularity feature with free-floating barrel functionality. The forend section is now integrated with the weapon system. The weights of tactical accessories are no longer added onto the barrel, thus improving the accuracy of the rifle. Rail systems allow mounting of many performance-enhancing accessories such as flash light mounts, sling mounts, scope mounts, laser mounts, vertical grips and various aiming devices. |
